The new non-stick pans from Demeyere
The Alu Pro is a new series from Demeyere. Unlike their normal range, this frying pan is made of 5 mm thick aluminum that is cold forged. This makes the pan more durable and has excellent heat distribution. The handle is made of stainless steel that is hollow on the inside. As a result, the handle never gets hot (unless used in the oven).
In this frying pan you can braise meat or make a tasty curry in it. The meat will not stick in the pan due to the non-stick coating. The frying pan has a diameter of 24 cm and has enough space for 2 people to prepare a meal in it.
Strong non-stick coating
The Alu Pro have a titanium duraglide layer. This titanium plasma non-stick coating consists of 5 layers reinforced with titanium particles for even better protection and wear resistance. No toxic substances were used in the production and the pan is thus PFOA-free.
TriplInduc technology
Demeyere's unique TriplInduc technology ensures that the bottom is and stays flat. When used on induction, the pan heats up 30% faster. Thus, baking with this frying pan is also cheaper to use.
