Non-stick pans with ceramic coating by Demeyere
Looking for a wok with a non-stick coating without crazy substances such as PFOA and PFAS? Then the Demeyere Ceraforce pans are a must. This is because these pans have a hard ceramic layer reinforced with titanium which makes them scratch-resistant. This layer has slightly lower non-stick properties than the Demeyere Alu Pro Duraglide, but is safer for your health.
As we are used to from Demeyere, these pans also have a solid aluminum bottom (5 mm thick) and thanks to the radiant system it remains flat. Of course, these pans also work perfectly on gas.
The ergonomic handle is hollow inside so it conducts the heat less. The handle thus remains reasonably cool in normal use and you do not need to use a potholder or oven glove.
