These square paper filters are specially made for the Chemex Slow coffee makers and are needed to get at the perfect coffee taste.
They are 20-30% heavier than other brands and remove even the finest and unwanted oils and fats.
The filters are made to allow the coffee to pass through the filter gradually, not too fast or the slow. As a result, the coffee taste is at its best.
