With this special foil from Carta fata, for example, you can very easily steam dishes. You put all the ingredients you like in the foil. You make it into a package and put it in the oven. It is very similar to the en papillotte system, but mainly paper or aluminum foil is used for that.

The foil can withstand temperatures of 220°C and maintains its shape. You can also use the foil for au bain-marie, as well as on hot baking trays.
