Tri-ply; 3 layers for the best conductivity

The wok is made of Tri-Ply, two layers of high-quality stainless steel with an aluminum layer in between. These layers are processed from the bottom to the edge of the pan. It ensures optimal conduction and heat distribution over the entire pan. This means the Wok heats up faster and retains heat longer. The pans contain no non-stick coating and are free of toxic substances.
