Tri-ply; 3 layers for the best conductivity

The frying pan is made of Tri-Ply which are two layers of high-quality stainless steel with a layer of aluminum in between. These layers are processed from the bottom to the edge of the pan. It ensures optimal conduction and heat distribution over the entire pan. This means the frying pan heats up faster and retains heat longer. The pans contain no non-stick coating and are free of toxic substances.
